Sadly there's too many cliques still in this day and age

Engaged, they visit our location often which is impresssive. Seem to understand most of the people here
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Unlike most people in the office, I prefer to work remote. I would prefer half days 2-3 days a week, and remote the rest. I am more productive
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have more than 15 years in my field, and have not been able to do more here. There is too much focus on NPS and advancement; non-payroll jobs don't have a chance to grow and earn more.
