I do love working at ADP, but I do think there is things that we could do to improve the employee experience.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are definitely the best. We all support each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very employee focused and I do feel appreciated for my work.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing I have job security and being able to deal with my clients.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think having a higher wage or even bonuses during these times of understaffing would be incredible. They are hiring more people but I am still doing so much more work than normal right now.
