Yearly cost of living increases.

No chances of pay raises. But the do give evalutions. To point out what you can do better at. Fair based pay opportunities to grow with pay and job title.

...Being a front line associates to the public eye and representing Advantage solutions from a recruiting stand-point, I believe we provide tremendous value to our company and clients by addressing their specific needs, however we are put under the gun time after time with no wage increases
