Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a subject matter expert in my field. One of two people of thousands that do what I do specifically for the company, yet I am forced to work through leadership rather than be placed in a role of leadership.

Our benefits packages are not too quality for the type of company we are. There seems to be a big push for our stock holders but nothing makes it to the front lines, no bonuses or extra compensation for extra wrk being accomplished.

They are smart and capable, but more than that they are highly ethical and empathetic.

They are self-centered and lack focus on their impact to the entire organization.

There needs to be a better plan as to who or what is being presented. A lot of times there is no energy to meetings or presentations to encourage the behavior or message being sent by the company.

People across the company tend to be supportive and willing to help even when they don't know you personally.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It starts with the top. What is said needs to be implemented. They talk about leading from any seat but in reality that's a false statement.
