They are not that great with communication. It can take days to get a reply if you ever even receive one at all. There is little feedback regarding problems and concerns.

A lot of extra hours to work, and many different projects to work on.

I feel as though we are paid less than interns for other I companies

The pay is atrocious and inconsistent across the board. Some raters make nearly twice as much as others and there is NO opportunity to ever increase your pay regardless of time or quality of work.
