Leadership could benefit from listening to their hard-working, well-informed employees about risks and opportunities rather than chasing the whims of the Wall Street trends-of-the-moment.

Our leadership team needs to improve the development opportunities for mid career employees. Development opportunities and mid career promotions seem to have dried up and I have started looking for opportunities outside of Boeing after 14 years of service.

What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with solid individuals who are both smart, innovative, and also compassionate. Yes, there are some co-workers here who are not always well-intentioned, but those who are have been some of the best co-workers I have ever had at any job.

Questions are the same for every candidate, so it feels very fair and it's also a reasonable amount of work to prepare for.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Boeing has cut too many people with necessary institutional knowledge, which has led to some painful "escapes" in quality that have earned the company a bit of a black eye in recent years. The best way to improve would be to stop going through such deep cuts to personnel as often as they do.

Overworking employees. Spread the work and hire where needed

The staff was cut for profit along with the OT. Everyone has increased their hours at work, benefits have been cut and salaries are not keeping up.
