What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have some extras that help with medical issues that could come up that I never even thought about needing. Extra testing, help with planning for a surgery, some PT and Pain management options, things like that , that will help should we need.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Long time employee who was downgraded when a management change happened. I did not deserve that. I was told I got a raise as an exempt employee and then ended up getting a $5 an hour decrease. I have so much experience and am well known as being a valuable employee all over the USA
