If you want to work or have a career with a commercial real estate firm, look somewhere else, not CBRE.

They only care about IBITA so their stock options are worth more. But who blame them - if I was in senior management I would want the same treatment.

Low pay, giving you the feeling you are undervalued. This is evident by the cuts and layoffs of CBRE.

The brokers get little respect and the health benefits are extremely expensive. The firm used to subsidize the cost.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Senior management needs to value employees, and not cut or layoff good people when times get tough. They want you around in good times only, yet they forget that the employees generate the good times.
