They will assign you a project that will push you to be better but at the same time equip you with the knowledge so you may grow and develop along the way

Fair compensation relative to others at ChaiOne; Not being asked to do tasks at a job description with a way higher compensation level without the bonus in pay;

When I google/glassdoor my job title and the typical salary, I am underpaid regarding the nationwide average. I understand that I am junior level, so the experience, guidance, and learning is just as important, but ideally, you would want to close that gap as you grow in your tenure with the company

Everyone I've talked to is a good person and different in a good way.

Everyone brings their own personality to the party. People feel like they can speak up about issues/concerns and the leadership team actually tries to make appropriate change. We arent one of those companies where people are scared to speak up.
