The Exec Team has a strong vision and strives to be transparent.
Review from Operations Dept
Communicate. I can't stress this enough. If my leadership don't Communicate it shows me how much they value me as a employee.
Review from Operations Dept
Hearing out employees on their opinions. We could avoid a lot of costly mistakes if leadership was more open to feedback.
Review from Operations Dept
The leadership team could get better at listening to their employees. Many operations changes are made quickly and with little or no consultation by the people who actually do the work (movers, sales, customer car). Then these changes are poorly communicated to separate branches of the company.
Review from Operations Dept
Treating their employees with respect. Being transparent about the roadmap for the company. Being decent humans.
Review from Operations Dept
We have very intelligent team members that lack any real type of leadership experience.
Review from Operations Dept
Quarterly stock option grants for top performers, Unlimited PTO, Free lunch, and Affordable health plans
Review from Operations Dept
The companies policies and procedures are stupid. For to make as much as a new hire is not right. Pay should be based on years being with the company and performance. I am leaving the company because of this reason.
Review from Operations Dept
There are no raises and no incentives to do better. If you care about what you do and strive to do a great job, you'll be treated the same as the underachievers.
Review from Operations Dept
There are no raises here, hence there is no reason for most people to stay. You will be training new employees for the exact pay you are receiving. You can be a top performer and be treated no differently than a poor performer. Incremental raises are a must to keep up morale and retain workforce.
Review from Operations Dept
Clutter constantly tries to undercut their top performers and offer them less than what they are worth.
Review from Operations Dept
Compensation is low. Don't work hard and expect a raise, you won't get one.
Review from Operations Dept
We work hard to get the job done, regardless of the roadblocks that we face daily.
Review from Operations Dept
Intelligent, responsive to feedback, and open to new ideas
Review from Operations Dept
My immediate team for the most part is hardworking, motivated and interesting. It it weren't for them, I would have left Clutter a long time ago.
Review from Operations Dept
The team is full of amazing, patient and empathetic people
Review from Operations Dept
If someone been there longer than you have and is doing everything the company requires him/her, they should do the same.
Review from Operations Dept
Companies goals are shared so everyone knows the why behind their work.
Review from Operations Dept
Misery loves company. Our largest commonality is how poorly we are treated by our management. There isn't anything positive about the culture of this company. We remain hopeful because we operate from a satellite office. We're basically excluded from the culture.
Review from Operations Dept
Clutter needs to treat their employees with respect. It's not fun to go to work everyday wondering if it's your last day.
Review from Operations Dept
Group interview with benchmarks. Candidates were cut out slowly.
Review from Operations Dept
The interviews felt more like a conversation and the recruiters support you during the entire process.
Review from Operations Dept
When I began, the interview process was thoughtful and though. Now it's little more than a 10 minute conversation.

Review from Operations Dept
Customers are being mislead about our services. We are marketing to the wrong people and subsequently losing money. Operations communication is non-existent.
Review from Operations Dept
Upper management is making poor decisions without consulting their largest asset; the workforce. We often times are forced to practice new policy changes that are very obviously and clearly going to be ineffective, inefficient, or costly to our company but any feedback to policies is disregarded.
