everyone is friends with eachother and I feel it's very diverse

Everyone genuinely enjoys being together. We have fun monthly team competitions to promote cross department and cross regional interactions. Groups of people are always eating lunch together. Company wide offsites.

We have a flexible in office schedule that allows for team collaboration, events and celebrations, but that also supports a balance in your home life! We do monthly competitions where different departments gather and compete - this allows for cross department engagement and furthers team building!

What did you like most about the interview process?
Efficient and very communicative at all stages. Met someone from multiple departments. Final round was a social setting to meet the entire office, which i found very helpful!

I was fortunate enough to meet the co-founders during the interview process, to really get an idea of the vision for my role, for the company and for advertising. Meeting genuine and brilliant co-founders is rare - they had me with the science and their humor for sure!
