The townhalls are very mundane and lack meaning and intent.

Khanh Tran, If I can, what is the role of Sasan Padidar? He never speaks in the meeting. Arlene is so involved and leads from the front. Sasan rarely contributes in discussion. Why is he so afraid of speaking? He does not connect with the team, there is no transparency. Decisions are enforced on us.

Very discouraging atmosphere within the team.

Arshi Bhatt does not have my best interest. For her, we are just another cog in the wheel. She is not easy to talk to and is biased. She declares success on other people's work and comes as golden in front of her manager Sasan. She does not hesitate to throw Sasan under the bus.

Everyone is a team player with no ego in the game. Everyone is willing to chip in to help where needed and the hierarchy is relatively flat so that individual contributors can feel comfortable speaking their opinion to management.
