Got to meet lots of people, and they were all awesome.

It was so thorough, about 6 stages involved including screening, team interviews, a presentation etc. But what was different were the last two steps: a 2 way conversation with my manager about my development, and the final step meeting a founder, in my case, our CEO Didier.
