Pay is good, benefits are good for what they are (I come from public education and benefits are hard to beat). Annual bonus are paid out fairly.

Our benefits package is outstanding. The insurance benefits are far superior than any other insurance plan I have been a part of and the additional benefits are awesome too.

Compensation Reviews

It often feels hard to keep your compensation at current industry levels, which makes talent look outside CA instead of staying internal. Additionally, while CA has become a remote company in many aspects, the benefits haven't reflected it. Would like to see tech budgets and internet assistance
