The compensation is not across the board. There should be more done to integrate the 2 companies and create a clear career path.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is little to no training. You are not told WHAT to do, just what not to do when you do it wrong. Ridiculously long hours for sub-standard compensation.

The IT call center is understaffed, leaving call center employees to be severely overworked and stressed. There is no pay increase for the increased workload.

Hire more people and don't OVERWORK the ones that you have. 60-70+ hour weeks with no extra compensation!!
