We have a great 401k and bonus plan! D2L also provides 3 PPO plans to choose from in the US.

Newly increased VIP annual bonus incentive. Great expense package for remote employees working from home!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
everyone is willing to work together and help out, no matter the team. It's a collectively helpful culture and there's a lot of passion as well, especially towards the mission of the company too

It was casual-- I was told that it was just going to be a conversation, and it really did just feel like that!

Prompt follow ups in the process and transparent communication with/from interviewers
