The manager really tries to be lienant and fair with all of the employees. Everyone that works there is still new. The manager has been there the longest and only a few years. Everyone is young so just having to learn together as a team to make it work

It's not that I feel that way, we just don't get paid for our compensation. We just receive an hourly pay, besides the manager.

I feel we're all more than co-workers. There's only about 8 employees that work all year around. Some are students or just offer to be an extra if needed a couple days a week. We've become friends, or at least more than aquances, which makes a better environment since we're together 4-5 days a week.

It's laid back and relaxed. Some days are so hectic, others are complete opposite, thinking time couldn't get any slower. Most days are comfortable leaving still enough time to get whatever is needed, done.

The executive segment of the company doesn't care about the rights of their lower-level employees. If they remembered our humanity and treated us accordingly it would help a lot

Managers, pay, and hours. Have the hiring process be more selective and increase wages. Stop scheduling/hiring too many people only to send them home early.
