What are some of the best things about your team?

Optimistic and friendly team members, everyone is a team player

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Having an inspiring detailed vision. There are huge important transformational projects underway but with no leaders guiding the ship.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Need big changes in leadership. Too many people in manager roles that have zero experience doing the thing they are managing, with disastrous results.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Need improvement in quality of managers and leadership. Too many managers with no experience in the functions that they manage, so they lack the vision to improve anything.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Annual raises do not keep up with inflation. Hard work is not rewarded with more pay. Top 10% performers and slackers get compensated equally. There used to be more performance-based bonuses, but not any more.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Interview processes are not fair at all, lots of bias and favoritism instead of skill-based. Hiring managers frequently pick the least skilled candidates for a job due to favoritism and friendships. Person to hire is often chosen before interviews even begin.
