Ideally, benefits should include RSU's as opposed to Employee Stock Purchase Plans that cut into earnings rather than increase them.

The organization is not paying as per the industry standards. Though some of the policies are very thoughtful about employees, the overall pay structure should be aligned with the work pressure in process and promotions that companies can support over the period of time.
