I was originally hired on in a temporary contract position while I returned to school. It was not my original intention to stay at Elsevier. However, I absolutely fell in love with the people and the culture. Here I still am (three years and two promotions later), and I still love it!

Elsevier employees represent all walks of life and many different cultures. I have never worked in an environment that values respectfulness and inclusion like Elsevier does.
What makes you most happy at work?
Professionally, I feel proud to work for Elsevier. Personally, I feel valued and respected in what I do. And I could not ask for better colleagues!

Our leadership team at Elsevier is transparent with changes big or small, genuinely cares about the welfare of their employees, and makes every effort to keep good talent and promote from within.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have a wide variety of benefits packages to choose from, and the program helps us decide which ones most meet our needs. Elsevier also subsidizes a significant portion of each employee's benefits.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all come from a variety of professional and cultural backgrounds. This brings different perspectives to challenges we face or projects we are working on together. We each have skills/talents in different areas, and pooling them together creates an unstoppable team!
