Annual bonuses are nice, but I would rather have guaranteed income in my annual salary. Healthcare costs are extremely high, though.

The team encourages ownership of ideas or processes so that everyone is supporting the greater goals but has a chance to shine.

The clear and apparent encouragement to be yourself at work, the appreciation of good work, and the support provided to employees by management and the executive team.

The commitment to diversity and inclusion - not just from a metrics standpoint, but a genuine and authentic understanding that it is important and makes our organization better.
