Salary, great benefits (medical, etc.) and the company contribution, and tuition reimbursement. Other perks are not necessary but no less valuable, such as KIA friends and family.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the fact that Elsevier is a global company. Meeting people from other parts of the world excites my day. I love travel, so it is like traveling without really going anywhere.
