It's okay when it comes to my own team but not everyone works cohesively outside the team, within the organization. The culture needs to be changed in the widen perspectives. Promotion should be organic and not constantly proving to earn it. Not too bad a company overall but can do better.

Is still a pretty decent company to work for. However, there are many rooms to grow and improve, be in the culture, the leadership, goals, benefits but I do see Elsevier moving to work for the better versus when I first join. A little baby steps bet I think is really better than not changing.

They can be supportive but not necessarily doing their best to retain people.

Pay increment and better flexi-benefits. The flexi-benefits is definitely below average among the same competitors.
What makes you most happy at work?
Able to help customer to meet their needs and bringing value across to them with the service/information we provide. The happiness when customer thank you for your hard work put in for them. Everything is worth!
