My colleagues are knowledgeable, helpful, and dedicated. They work collaboratively and cooperatively to get things done and give credit where credit is due.

Everyone is always willing to help you and there is a genuine sense that people care about you as a colleague. People care about doing a good job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It is clear the leadership team is driven to make positive changes to the company culture such as clearer communication, inclusion & diversity and sustainability initiatives, psychological safety and employee wellbeing, and listening to employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That people are genuinely trying to make things better, both internally and for the communities we serve. I am particularly proud of our Inclusion & Diversity and sustainability initiatives and that we give employees paid time to engage with these.
