new employees are paid more than the existing ones and it is not balanced. only mails tell that it is paid equally. in reality it is not.

The new joiners/ rejoiners are paid more compared to the people who working more than 5 years. Though it is announced, the set the salary to market rates. Yet it makes unhappy and cant even get hike compared to them

I was rated 4 and put into PIP with negative comments, later when raised with wise team, my director took over and assisted me. But still the pain i underwent is not fair and financially and mentally i am affected
