Collectively everyone is motivated and passionate about their role. I am glad to be part of this team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are clear with their communication and try their best to ensure i have the right resources to do my job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salary package feels slightly below the market rate and the benefits can be better. I hope for better medical coverage for my dependents.
