it's very diverse at he bottom, but higher the corporate ladder it's more an Anglo-Saxon culture.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
salaries differ depending on the location for the same positions and they shouldn't. It doesn't matter where the employee is while the impact of his work is the same as other colleagues located in different country.
