My coworkers are experts in their field while also being very kind and approachable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are open to helping each other. Heated discussions are about ideas, not about people. Everyone is respectful.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that we have a day off for volunteering. I also value that we are able to work remotely and have flexible working hours.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is sustaining a trend of positive change. They admit that they don't have all the answers and they are open to trying new things.
