I need manager is upright, don't say word unclear. don't say some word to make people feel strange and what's wrong. I need process is transparent, let people know how manager give comments to employee. and why, and who.

Culture: to be honest, in shanghai techhub, I don't think so. management is not transparency. manager say some thing I can't understand, and I don't know why he say that. Environment :office space is big when people don't go to office

Work load too high, manager give me a little time but want to get big output. I feel I am a machine. not a person. too mang work to do, have no time to get personal develop, manager even speek if I join training will impact work progress, then you don't allow to get training which provide by company
