I've only been here a few months, and came from a much smaller company. The experience here has been welcoming, and while a much larger company, the ability to get to know people has been easy and teams all have been easy to collaborate with.

In my time here I have seen the leadership team be both approachable and transparent with goals, ideas, and plans.

I have appreciated the focus on inclusion with working remotely. Starting during the pandemic has been a challenge, but Elsevier has been welcoming every step.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the sense of accomplishment when a project (or piece of a project) is completed, presented and handed off to the next step or team.
