Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In my opinion, Most of the internal promotions are not paid fairly- there is very minimum/marginal increase.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The individual attention with a touch of empathy during the pandemic especially is really good. It motivates to do more!
