No single factor. However, I have seen a culture that values context over control, supports and enables sound decision-making, encourages team collaboration, and values work/life balance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am excited to be a part of an organization whose software directly supports peer reviewed publications. In this, I feel my efforts directly support the authors, editors, and reviewers who daily, advance human knowledge.
