No BS mentality and great cohesion when it comes to have my back when necessary
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Work is work. A fair compensation based on the effective working hours is the only possibility to improve.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary for a senior position after 3 years of postdoc is lower than an average postdoc position in a Dutch university. Performance based bonusses could make me feel better, but it's difficult to rely on them.
