I have a phenomenal manager who takes the time to check in with me and who gives me honest input and feedback about my work. I really appreciate that about my position with Elsevier.

Feeling like a valued employee that has access to equal opportunities makes me feel like I work somewhere welcoming.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of the compensation package is tuition reimbursement; that offering really makes me feel that my employer is able to follow-through with the idea of supporting my growth.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is open and honest about what the goals and focal points are, allowing me to not only feel like part of the bigger picture, but also getting me to feel like I belong on the team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our contracted employees, Frank Torres and Leslie Cress (who are former Elsevier employees that, in my opinion, should be hired back on) have gone above and beyond to help train me while the rest of the office has been out.
