They are very clear about their vision and mission. They are also very active and engaged in making sure their team's objectives contribute to the forward movement toward their ideal vision.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How everyone buys into the culture of the AGILE approach in servicing the customer. Move quickly and pivot safely using the lessons learned. Management also supported our mistakes and direct our reflection and learning experiences.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have never been a part of an organization that is so diverse in cultural backgrounds and professional experiences. They are all so eager to learn and help one another. We always have our teammates' backs and blindspots.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The kindness and professionalism of the people around me are off the charts compared to other teams that I've been a part of. Feedbacks (both positive and tough ones) are always delivered in a humble, respectful and constructive way.

The collaborative culture that they have been building reverberates all the way to the people who fight "in the trenches". Work is a safe environment where mistakes are not disciplined, but turned into a push to learn, move on and grow together. Very appreciative of the leadership team of Elsevier.
