Pleasantly surprised with how inclusive the company was. This is the most diverse team I've ever worked in.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be good to have clear transparent salary brackets / gradings for roles. This will help manage expectations and also illustrate pathway to potential future earnings
