Great company to just do your job, don't expect everyone to have the highest of ambitions though, the bureaucracy kinda kills that. That said, the private-work balance is excellent, and you get plenty of opportunity to learn and do new stuff even if you do have to look for it yourself.

For 36hrs/week, I believe we get a fairly decent rate.

The matrix organisation slows things down immensely, and there is a layer of middle management which is generally mediocre.

Fun people, most not afraid to go out for drinks, while being generally good at their jobs with the regular high performer thrown in the mix.
