I'm look after and feel valued, and in turn I work hard and to the best of my ability
I am very happy here, I enjoy my work and time spent with my colleagues, however recent strategy changes by Elsevier might cause our team (Assistant Editor team at The Lancet) to become less required for the publication process in the next 5-10 years, which would be a big loss in many ways
Overall satisfied with the level of challenge, work-life balance, and achievement at work, sometimes days or weeks can be stressful but I have the flexibility to use work hours effectively.
