So far, it has been a very positive experience. I am learning a lot, and I am doing it very comfortably, thanks to the people and the overall environment of Elsevier.

Everyone is very happy to help, especially during the onboarding period.

I found the budget for office equipment very useful. It allowed me to buy everything I needed to work comfortably at home.

I like that people are very inclusive, nice, open and always ready to help you, even if you wokr in another department.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I can do my daily tasks at my own pace without feeling pressured. Also, I like to interact with my team, beacsue they are all really nice and make me feel a valuable member of it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are always ready to help each other on any obstacle we encounter during our job. The more experienced colleagues show no sign of arrogance when it comes to explain things to new starters, which I really appreciate.
