My direct manager cares a lot about me as an individual
They're all just really lovely people who all help one another
Will never fail to help if I need it, genuinely caring people
Knowing I have done something well or made a customers experience positive
everyone gets on and will all help each other - a genuine team work environment
They don't act like they are better than anyone just because they are managers (experienced this in previous roles) and they don't hesitate to offer help and support
Although I feel like my pay is good, I also think that it is not as reflective of the fact that we are in a cost of living crisis, and the opportunity for pay increases seems to be rare
they act like people and seem to really care about us as individuals, I have worked in places before where management think that they are better than the rest of the staff, just because they are managers - it is not like that in Elsevier and it makes for such a better working environment
