Our pay processes are designed to operate at scale and lack recency and freshness in comparativeness. Our pay is average but we need to learn from market evolution in benefits in this area.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They focus on people without ignoring the importance of being commercially valuable, they are doubling down on I&D and are genuinely vested in making a difference. They think about our customers as individuals and real , and behave respectfully and pragmatically , not only seeing $$$ oportunities.
