I am proud to work for Elsevier. Prior to joining the company I worked in a different industry. I was given a chance to apply my experience and learn about the academic and government research market. I have been able to grow within the company and advance my career here.

I work for a team which is diverse, inclusive and has some of the most intelligence co-workers I've ever had.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Elsevier has a very diverse and inclusive environment. I value learning from others and Elsevier provides great co-workers to learn from. The culture is positive and I believe in the benefits Elsevier provides to our customers and society at large.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team takes a proactive approach to the market and with our customers. When Kumsal became CEO her first action was to reach out and initiate conversations with customers. This approach has dramatically changed market perception of Elsevier. She takes the same approach internally.
