What is the best part about your compensation package?
Insurance benefits offered to the employees are of great help. It would be even more complete if Elsevier takes the initiative to have talks with the insurance partner and have them cover the non-hospitalization medical expenses (Regular medical tests and medicine expenses for parents) as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I will that the compensation that I get does not co-relate to my total years of experience and my tenure with Elsevier in comparison to some one that is fairly new to Elsevier. The distinction in Tenure VS Pay ratio between someone who joined recently and someone who have stayed long is very narrow.
