Compared to the other companies with our profile, we have NO PERKS or benefits. Everything is always on the very low level.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that currently we are open for new things and I have a feeling that some fresh changes will be coming our way.
What makes you most happy at work?
I think I just like what I am doing. My job is very versatile and gives a lot of space for free thinking and creativity
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are fun and open minded. There is time for jokes but also for hard work. They are smart and always helpful. My team has very informal vibe.
