I've just joined the company less than 2 months ago, however I must say that the environment and the culture nurtured around people and their well-being is great to see!

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I've joined a few months ago and so far, I believe the company has a great culture and try to focus on improving employees' wellbeing. However, often it seems that too many people are in the comfort zone and in order to get things done sometimes it seems I have to convince people to do their job.

Human and inter-personal caring towards others

I would say the 15% bonus

Understanding who is really contributing for the business, moving the needle and have the respective recognition.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Very often managers tend to look at their teams for salary parity regardless how the workload and business impact each individual has in the company. Whereas I believe this shouldn't be the case and managers should be able to take courageous decisions by making sure the compensation reflects perform
