Really glad I chose to join Elsevier - the culture is genuinely great. Thar's why people stay here for so long. Inspirational leaders who are very people focused, and result oriented lead the direction. This culture trickles down to sub-groups and enables psych safety to enable success

Its a great company and a great package, but slightly below market for similar talent

They support me to deliver my best, by providing a great collaborative environment with a lot of ownership

I think the company pays well, but is slightly behind market rates. I still choose to work for this despite this.
