'Open door' policy and frequent townhalls advising on what they are focusing on and what is being achieved.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team has a variety of experience and everyone is willing to help and learn from each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The flexibility on when to go into the office to help achieve a healthy work/life balance. Teams has allowed for a 'virtual' community which still makes you feel connected to peers whilst working from home.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team are always visible and providing updates on what they are doing. This transparency allows for an honest and open work environment where feedback and questions are welcomed. It helps me to understand their role and feel connected what is happening within the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good variety of benefits and the flexibility around work to provide a healthy work/life balance. Transparency around pay could be improved to help myself and others understand what we could be paid for progression against what competitors could offer if we were to take another job.
What makes you most happy at work?
Achieving my personal goals that I have set to improve my journals and working towards these. The company is also excited about self-development and progression of their staff so being able to factor this in to my everyday work and become a better employee is also great!
