I love what I am doing, my team is great, my manager supporting me all the time. But very bad work-life balance in overall. This is an ongoing problem in my team.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No promotion until I showed sign of "leaving". Very un-transparent promotion criteria. People getting pay raise when they show sign of "leaving".
