I am genuinely interested in what the company does - that is the practical part, but also on the personal side, the trust and flexibility I have is extremely motivating.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The flexibility the company provides and communicates gives room for employees to be... also just people... with families, disabilities, personal challenges etc. I think this provides people extra motivation to work really hard and deliver.
