It has been rewarding so far except the issues with workload and the salary. Also, as a racial and religious minority employee I feel there are some ingrained biases.

The workload is not in alignment with the core hours or salary granted.

Respond to changes in the global environment quickly and prioritize and shape our work accordingly.

The ability to interact with the best minds internally and externally and learn something new everyday.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are understanding of personal issues, health issues etc and are very supportive. All decisions are made in a very consultative way where all team members provide input.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay especially with the cost of the living crisis is not in alignment with the demands of the job. Also, the way of judging performance within the company is not very fair as in bands for e.g. "Successful Performance" there will be individuals who don't do as much and ones who do a lot.
